Re: Your Bambu Earth PRO Application
Hi Michelle,
Thanks so much for your interest in partnering with Bambu Earth PRO. I really connected with your approach to "personalized, results-driven facials that feel just as good as they look" — it's exactly what we look for in a partner.
Our partnerships are built for estheticians like you, with professional back-bar protocols and a complete retail-ready line. We focus on truly clean, potent formulations that support the work you do in the treatment room.
To make sure we're a great fit before moving forward, could you confirm two quick things for me?
- Are you comfortable with our $500 minimum opening order? (This typically covers a back-bar fill plus a small retail set to get you started.)
- Can you confirm you have an active business license / resale certificate?
If those both line up for you, the next step is a brief intro call with our brand specialist, Tori. You can find a time on her calendar here: Connect with Tori → https://meetings.hubspot.com/tori-connelly/book-a-call-with-tori-
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Re: Your Bambu Earth PRO Application
Hi Emma,
Yes, I am comfortable with the $500 minimum opening order and I can confirm
I have an active business license as well as a resale license. I can submit
pictures if needed to verify.
I will check Tori's calendar now to schedule that intro call.
Thanks,
Michelle

Re: Intro: Michelle Ferretiz <> Tori Connelly (Bambu Earth)
Hi Emma and Tori,
Thank you again for connecting with me. I’m looking forward to our call on
the 21st and learning more about Bambu Earth PRO.
I wanted to send over my most important questions ahead of time so I can
make sure I fully understand the partnership structure and don’t miss
anything during our conversation:
- What makes Bambu Earth PRO different from the consumer brand, and what
professional exclusivity (if any) is provided to estheticians?
- Are estheticians able to purchase at wholesale pricing only, and what
are the exact margin structures for retail sales?
- Are there any minimum monthly purchase requirements or ongoing sales
expectations after the initial $500 opening order?
- What are the most important treatment-room protocols, and how are
results measured or supported clinically (especially for corrective-focused
work like barrier repair, acne, or sensitivity)?
- How do you handle contraindications, sensitized skin, and essential
oil reactions within your professional education and protocols?
- What does ongoing education look like after onboarding (advanced
training, formulation education, treatment updates, etc.)?
- What support is available specifically for estheticians in terms of
troubleshooting client reactions or treatment outcomes?
- Are there any limitations on how products can be used in treatment
rooms (for example, certain modalities, devices, or post-treatment
protocols)?
I’m excited to learn more and see whether this partnership aligns with both
my treatment philosophy and the direction I’m taking my business.
Thank you again,
Michelle Ferretiz
