HubSpot Sync

Mirror Emma’s pipeline state to the HubSpot Lead Board (one-way: BambuSDR → HubSpot). Master toggle controls whether real-time hooks AND the 15-min reconciliation cron push state changes. Stage IDs are pre-filled from the discovery script — only change them if HubSpot pipeline IDs change.

Sync lead stage to HubSpotWhen ON, real-time hooks (every send) and the 15-min reconciliation cron push every lead’s current stage to the HubSpot Lead Board. When OFF, no API calls go to HubSpot.
