Outbound redirect for testing + the Calendly link injected into drafts. Toggle UI coming next session; for now edit values via SQL or .env.local.

Subject is prefixed with [SAFE-MODE→<real email>] so the moderator can see who would have received it in production.

Replaces [BOOK_CALENDLY] in every draft on send.
